If you often find yourself trapped by the fear of maybe getting a panic attack – then you are losing the fight at a very fast rate, and need to do something right now to arrest the slide downwards.
Allowing the fear of panic and anxiety attacks to paralyze you only makes it all worse.
Now because I am (and have been much worse) a sufferer of anxiety and panic attacks – I am not going to tell you that it is “all-in-your-head” or “just-get-a-grip” or “don’t-think-about-it” and other stupid advice non sufferers will give you.
But – allowing yourself to be beaten before you have even left your house is definitely NOT the way to solve your problems.
Firstly you do need to apply a plan to firstly alleviate your problem, and then a plan to totally remove all of it.
I have personally got to the stage where I can now go weeks and sometimes even months without any form of panic attack.
But this is not about me, It is about you, and you need to take action to get to the root of what is causing your panic attacks. I obviously have products that you could buy to start to help you solve this problem now. If you look at my “banners” on the side of my blog – those are the products that I suggest that you try to use to “fix’ yourself.
However, in my own case – if you are interested – I realized that most of my own anxiety attacks and panic attacks came from pretty much one source. My stress revolving around my financial situation at that time. And while it was not actually as bad as I obviously thought it was, I allowed it to affect me in many bad ways.
My solution?
Simply solved with two things – a pen and taking action…
I sat down and wrote a long list of what I felt was wrong… ( for example — unfit)
then I turned that into a list of how I could fix each problem… ( for example — walk 30 minutes every day)
I made that list very doable…
I then set it all down into a step by step daily and weekly action plan that I had to do all the time.
Everything was laid out in a carefully done schedule. Some items had very tight constraints , and others had a lot of flexibility built in.
And then I did that everyday for a long time.
It became a habit, and I did not need to look at my schedule after awhile, But some items I admit that I failed on – and no doubt that if I tried to fix those I would find myself in an even better place than I am now.
My biggest failure was sticking to the diet and exercise side of my system – the fix the finances side worked very well and I have long been out of that nasty anxious state.
But exercise… oh dear… my very bad!
If you feel that trying my plan is a little too light in the pants then I suggest that you get one of the e books that I have on offer here next to this post in the side bar…

Thanks – and please take care out there…..
